Unmanned Nordic Conference, 2021

As a part of Communication and Dissemination activity as well as to build the network among the drones related industry, On 24 and 25 November, one of the partners of USEPE project, Indra, from Norway, has attended Norway’s most important drone conference, “Unmanned Nordic Conference 2021”, in Stavanger. It is hosted by UAS Norway, the Norwegian drone industry association. Joakim Rydberg and Ole Henrik Dahle from Indra have interacted with various vendors and organizations and promoted the USEPE project, its objectives and the new concept of D2-C2 separation method. The purpose of this participation was to improve USEPE’s position in Nordic landscape of commercial drone usage and to expand the network in UTM related organizations. The conference was attended by about 200 persons in live, in addition to an unknown number following a webcast. About 15 companies had stands in the lobby, including the Norwegian ANSP, Avinor. Ole Henrik and Joakim, on behalf of USEPE, have learned a lot about what’s going on in the Norwegian drone business and they are able to increase the awareness of USEPE and safe separation with the people they have met.
