AiRMOUR is a research and innovation project supporting sustainable air mobility via emergency medical services. It offers valuable UAM tools and drastically advances the understanding of necessary near-future actions – not only by urban communities, but also by operators, regulators, academia and businesses.
The project just launched a training package in cooperation with Eurocontrol. The first modules are coming up in May and June. Sessions will be recorded and sent to those registered as well.
The training package introduces the theme of Urban Air Mobility in general and how it can support Emergency Medical Services. The course is predominantly targeted at stakeholders working in cities or regional authorities and in traditional aviation.
The first AiRMOUR course includes the following modules:
- What is Urban Air Mobility? An overview of the key terms and types of aircraft. Webinar held on 25th May 2-3pm CET.
- Current regulations for the operation of drones in European cities. Webinar held on 9th June 2-3pm CET.
- Factors to consider in Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) operations. Webinar held on 15th June 2-3pm CET.
- The best practices in Air Mobility medical use cases. Webinar held on 29th June 2-3pm CET.
